Honda CBR 900 RR 1992 - 1999 Fireblade CBR900RR Stainless Fairing & Screen Bolts Kit

This kit will fit the Honda CBR 900 RR models between 1992 and 1999. CBR900RR (893cc) SC28 and CBR900RR (919cc) SC33. 

This kit replaces all the Dzus studs with stainless steel bolts and clips. Please see the Honda section of our store for other Honda 900RR kits with Dzus included.

This kit is designed to replace all the visible external fairing & screen bolts with nice shiny stainless steel bolts.

This kit features high quality Stainless Steel pan head bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5) and 14mm (m6) plus some shouldered bolts with an 18mm head diameter. These bolts are Stainless Steel which are better than standard zinc plated bolts as they won't rust and have a shine that lasts for years.

Please note, there are some bigger headed bolts (22mm diameter approx.) fitted as standard, our bolts will be 18mm diameter in these locations.

These are not Honda bolts, they are bolts we have had made from Stainless Steel to replace/upgrade the standard Honda bolts. They are not standard bolts (you can't buy these or anything similar anywhere else). They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts but remain rust-free for a lot longer. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding Stainless Steel bolt from Speedy Fasteners.

This kit has the necessary quantity of shouldered bolts to match the original bolts. These are required to correctly space your bolt head from the fairing to prevent pinching or over-tightening of the fairing. These shoulders are part of the bolt not a separate collar.

Upper Fairing / Cowl
Upper Infill Panels
Windshield / Screen

Belly Pan / Lower Fairing
Rear Fairing (excludes luggage strap bolts)
