This kit will fit the Aprilia RS250 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004

Includes Spring Spire C Clips J Nuts and Rubber Wellnuts Well Nuts. 

Please choose if you want Shouldered Bolts or Non-Shouldered Bolts

This kit is designed to replace all the visible external fairing & screen bolts with black anodised aluminium bolts.

This kit features high quality Black Aluminium Pan Head Bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5) and 14mm (m6). 

These are not Aprilia bolts, they are bolts we have had made from aluminium to replace/upgrade the standard Aprilia bolts. They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts but remain rust-free for a lot longer. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding bolt from Speedy Fasteners.

This kit will replace all the external fairing bolts and fixings securing the:
Upper Fairing / Cowl
Screen
Mirrors
Belly Pan / Lower Fairing
Front Fender
Rear Fairing
inc. Large Cap Head Bolts
inc. Cap Head Bolt for Seat
Rear Fender / Hugger

Included in this 124 piece kit are:
50 Black Aluminium Bolts
50 Nylon Washers
17 Spire Clips
7 Well Nuts
