Aprilia RS50 1999-2005 Stainless Fairing & Screen Shoulder Bolt Clip Kit RS 50

This kit will fit Aprilia RS 50 models from 1999-2005.

Please note the pictures above are generic. They best represent the kit but the quantities will be different. No actual fairing panels are included, only fixings!

This kit is designed to replace all the visible external fairing & screen bolts with nice shiny stainless steel bolts.

This kit features high quality Stainless Steel Pan Head Bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5). These bolts are Stainless Steel which are better than standard zinc plated bolts as they won't rust and have a shine that lasts for years.

These are not Aprilia bolts, they are bolts we have had made from Stainless Steel to replace/upgrade the standard Aprilia bolts. They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts but remain rust-free for a lot longer. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding Stainless Steel bolt from Speedy Fasteners.

This kit does not contains the large cap head bolts that secure the rear fairing. This kit includes bolts and wellnuts for the screen to replace the pins that Aprilia use.

This kit has the shouldered bolts required to correctly space your bolt head from the fairing to prevent pinching or over-tightening of the fairing. Please see 171043026544 for the cheaper kit with standard threaded bolts (no shoulders).

This kit will replace all the external fairing bolts and fixings securing the:
Upper Fairing / Cowl
Screen
Belly Pan / Lower Fairing
Front Fender
Rear Fairing

7 Well Nuts
50 stainless steel bolts
46 nylon washers
26 fairing/spire clips
