Honda VFR750 Fairing & Screen Bolts & Dzus Option 1990-1993 Stainless Steel Kit RC36

This kit will fit the Honda VFR750 RC36 FM, FM, FN & FP models between 1990 and 1993.

This kit is designed to replace all the visible external fairing & screen bolts with nice shiny stainless steel bolts.

This kit features high quality Stainless Steel pan head bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5) and 14mm (m6) plus some shouldered bolts with an 18mm head diameter. These bolts are Stainless Steel which are better than standard zinc plated bolts as they won't rust and have a shine that lasts for years. Please note, there are some bigger headed bolts (22mm diameter approx.) fitted as standard, our bolts will be 18mm diameter in these locations.

This kit has the option to replace all the quarter turn fasteners with GENUINE Dzus Fasteners plus all the threaded bolts that secure the upper and lower main fairings and rear fairings. This kit also replaces all the necessary clips well nuts and washers including the screen bolts and well nuts. Please note the Dzus are not stainless steel, but zinc plated steel. They are genuine Dzus parts and they do not make them in stainless.

The Dzus supplied with this kit are Crosshead (Posi) Head Dzus bolts. Please choose the Bolt Kit with No Dzus if you want the bolt kit bit without any Dzus.

These are not Honda bolts, they are bolts we have had made from Stainless Steel to replace/upgrade the standard Honda bolts. They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts but remain rust-free for a lot longer. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding Stainless Steel bolt from Speedy Fasteners.

This kit has the necessary quantity of shouldered bolts to match the original bolts. These are required to correctly space your bolt head from the fairing to prevent pinching or over-tightening of the fairing. These shoulders are part of the bolt not a separate collar.
