This kit will fit the Honda CBR600RR models between 2003 and 2006.

This kit is designed to replace all the visible external fairing & screen bolts with black anodised aluminium. This kit does not replace the big Dzus style bolts on the main fairing.

This kit features high quality anodised aluminium pan head bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5), 14mm (m6) and large (18mm diameter) headed shoulder bolts. These bolts are aluminium which won't rust, but please note they are softer than steel bolts so care must be taken when tightening. We will include a couple of extra pack of spare bolts incase any get rounded off when tightening.

These are not Honda bolts, they are bolts we have had made from aluminium to replace/upgrade the standard Honda bolts. They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding bolt from Speedy Fasteners.

This kit includes all the spacers/standoffs required to correctly space your bolt head from the fairing to prevent pinching or over-tightening of the fairing. These spacers are made from stainless steel to prolong the life of this bolt kit.

This kit will replace all the external fairing bolts and fixings (not Dzus studs) securing the:
Upper Fairing / Cowl
Windshield / Screen
Mirrors
Belly Pan / Lower Fairing
Rear Fairing
Front Fender / Mudguard
Rear Fender / Hugger
