Honda CBR 400 RR NC29 1990-1996 Complete DZUS + Stainless Fairing Bolt Kit

This kit will fit the Honda CBR400RR NC29 models between 1990 and 1996.

This kit is designed to replace all the visible external fairing & screen bolts with nice shiny stainless steel bolts. This kit includes 6 quarter turn Dzus Fasteners. 

This kit features high quality Stainless Steel pan head bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5) and 14mm (m6). There are main and rear fairing bolts that have an 18mm diameter head to match the original bolts. The bolts are Stainless Steel which are better than standard zinc plated bolts as they won't rust and have a shine that lasts for years. Please note the Dzus Fasteners are not stainless steel, neither are any spring clips.

These are not Honda bolts, they are bolts we have had made from Stainless Steel to replace/upgrade the standard Honda bolts. They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts but remain rust-free for a lot longer. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding Stainless Steel bolt from Speedy Fasteners.

This kit includes bolts with a (larger than standard) pan head bolt - similar to the original Honda bolts. This kit includes shoulder bolts similar to the original Honda bolts to correctly space your bolt head from the fairing to prevent pinching or over-tightening of the fairing.
