Yamaha R6 1998-2002 YZF R6 Stainless Steel Fairing & Screen Bolt Clip Kit

This kit will fit all Yamaha R6 models between 1998 and 2002.

This kit is designed to replace all the visible external fairing & screen bolts with nice shiny stainless steel bolts. This kit provides bolts and clips to replace the original Dzus Fasteners, if you choose to.

 

This kit features high quality Stainless Steel Pan Head Bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5), 14mm (m6) and large (18mm diameter) headed shoulder bolts. These bolts are Stainless Steel which are better than standard OEM zinc plated bolts as they won't rust and have a shine that lasts for years. Our bolts have an Allen Key Hex in the top, please see the picture above (right) showing our shoulder bolt compared to the original Yamaha shoulder bolt.

These are not Yamaha bolts, they are bolts we have had made from Stainless Steel to replace/upgrade the standard Yamaha bolts. They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts but remain rust-free for a lot longer. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding Stainless Steel bolt from Speedy Fasteners.

This kit does NOT include the rubber fairing and front mudguard grommets.
