Honda VFR750 FG FH 1986-1987 Stainless Fairing Bolt Kit RC24 including Dzus Fasteners VFR 750

This kit will fit the Honda VFR750F FJ & FK models between 1988 and 1989.

This kit is designed to replace all the visible external fairing bolts with nice shiny stainless steel bolts. (screen bolts not included)

This kit features high quality Stainless Steel Pan Head Bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5), 14mm (m6) and large (18mm diameter) headed shoulder bolts. These bolts are Stainless Steel which are better than standard OEM zinc plated bolts as they won't rust and have a shine that lasts for years.

There are 16x Dzus studs supplied with this kit. They are Posi/Crosshead Head Dzus and will replace the 12 existing studs on the main fairing, the 2 studs on the side covers and the 2 on the seat unit. Please note the Dzus are not stainless steel, but zinc plated steel. They are genuine Dzus parts and they do not make them in stainless.

These are not Honda bolts, they are bolts we have had made from Stainless Steel to replace/upgrade the standard Honda bolts. They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts but remain rust-free for a lot longer. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding Stainless Steel bolt from Speedy Fasteners.

This kit has the necessary quantity of shouldered bolts to match the original bolts. These are required to correctly space your bolt head from the fairing to prevent pinching or over-tightening of the fairing. These shoulders are part of the bolt not a separate collar.

The Dzus Fasteners will work with the OEM clip, but please bear in mind the head is slightly smaller than the OEM Dzus stud.

Rear Fairing (inc. rear grip bar / handle)
