Honda RVF400 NC35 Fairing Bolts Screws + Dzus Fasteners Kit Stainless Steel RVF

This kit will fit the Honda RVF400 NC35 model.

This kit is designed to replace all the visible external fairing & screen bolts with nice shiny stainless steel bolts.

This kit is not designed to completely fix every fairing panel, and won’t include fixings for inner panels that attach to the outer fairings. We have packs of self tapping screws available in our shop which are used to attach these panels. You can add these to your order.

This kit features high quality Stainless Steel Pan Head Bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5), 14mm (m6) and large (18mm diameter) headed shoulder bolts. Some of the existing shoulder bolts have a 22mm diameter head, ours are 18mm, so there is a small difference. These bolts are Stainless Steel which are better than standard OEM zinc plated bolts as they won't rust and have a shine that lasts for years.

These are not Honda bolts, they are bolts we have had made from Stainless Steel to replace/upgrade the standard Honda bolts. They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts but remain rust-free for a lot longer. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding Stainless Steel bolt from Speedy Fasteners.

This kit has the necessary quantity of shouldered bolts to match the original bolts. These are required to correctly space your bolt head from the fairing to prevent pinching or over-tightening of the fairing. These shoulders are part of the bolt not a separate collar.

This kit will replace all the external fairing bolts and fixings securing the:
Upper Fairing / Cowl
Screen
Belly Pan / Lower Fairing
Front Fender
Rear Fairing

28 Nylon Washers
4 Dzus Studs
3 Spring Clips
6 Well Nuts
2 Plastic Scrivets

This kit is made of high quality products at low prices. If bought from Honda, these parts will cost you $3.45 (1x bolt) and $3.67 (1x well nut) not including postage. Also consider that the Honda bolts are zinc plated and will rust within a few years.
