Aprilia RSV 1000 Mille 2000-2003 Black Aluminium Fairing Fairings Bolt Kit & DZUS

This kit will fit the Aprilia RSV 1000 Mille 2000, 2001, 2002 & 2003 models.

Please note the pictures above are generic. They best represent the kit but the quantities will be different. No actual fairing panels are included, only fixings!

This kit is designed to replace all the visible external fairing & screen bolts with black anodised aluminium bolts.

This kit features high quality Aluminium Pan Head Bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5) and 14mm (m6). 

These are not Aprilia bolts, they are bolts we have had made from Aluminium to replace/upgrade the standard Aprilia bolts. They are not standard bolts (you can't buy these or anything similar anywhere else). They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts but remain rust-free for a lot longer. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding bolt from Speedy Fasteners.

This kit includes all the shoulders/spacers/standoffs required to correctly space your bolt head from the fairing to prevent pinching or over-tightening of the fairing. These spacers are made from stainless steel to prolong the life of this bolt kit.

This kit will replace all the external fairing bolts and fixings securing the:
