Aprilia RSVR 1000 R 2004-2009 Full Black Aluminium Fairing Fairings Bolt Kit inc. DZUS

This kit will fit the Aprilia RSVR 2004-2009 models.

Please note the pictures above are generic. They best represent the kit but the quantities will be different. No actual fairing panels are included, only fixings!

This kit will replace all the quarter turn fasteners with GENUINE Dzus Fasteners plus all the threaded bolts that secure the upper and lower main fairings and rear fairings. This kit also replaces all the necessary clips well nuts and washers including the screen bolts and well nuts.

This kit is designed to replace all the visible external fairing & screen bolts with nice shiny stainless steel bolts.

This kit is not designed to completely fix every fairing panel, and won’t include fixings for inner panels that attach to the outer fairings. We have packs of self tapping screws available in our shop which are used to attach these panels. You can add these to your order.

This kit features high quality Black Anodised Aluminium Pan Head Bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5) and 14mm (m6).

These are not Aprilia bolts, they are bolts we have had made from Aluminium to replace/upgrade the standard Aprilia bolts. They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts but remain rust-free for a lot longer. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding bolt from Speedy Fasteners.
